Welcome to the Newman Center - home of the Catholic Campus Ministry for Towson University's Students, Faculty and Staff.  We are happy to have you visit our website, and invite you to visit the Newman Center and see what we are about.  The Catholic Campus Ministry works to serve the spiritual needs of the campus community through liturgy and worship, outreach and volunteerism, social activities and gatherings.  The Center is located just across York Road from Stephens Hall, and we are open every day from 9AM into the evening.  Come join us for our activities and share faith and friendship with your fellow students.  All are welcome!

Join us each Friday for Newman Nite, when we gather with fellow Catholic (and non-Catholic) students to discuss current issues, faith, culture and each other.  Every First Friday, we gather for a home-cooked dinner, and often we go out to some event around town or on campus.  It's a great way to meet fellow Catholics and to make new friends.

The Catholic Campus Ministry is an outreach of the Archdiocese of Baltimore as a way of making present the Church of Christ on the campus of this state university.  We are blessed to work together with the administration of Towson University as well as other religious campus ministers of all faiths to serve the spiritual needs of all students, faculty and staff of this second-largest university in Maryland.
